We can print from both digital files and hard copy images. There are restrictions with both however.
the digital file should be a high quality high resolution image jpg. format on a flash drive or transferred via email or the transfer sight www.wetransfer.com . The quality of the digital image will effect how large it can be printed. As for hard copy images, we cannot scan anything over 12x16. you should bring in the hard copy image for us to look at in order to determine the quality of the finished print.
Although we try our hardest to make the prints as close to the original as possible, that is never going to happen. Differences between computer monitors and printer inks make that a task that no print shop can fully accomplish.
All our printing is done by a single person who also is a member of our framing team she does both jobs concurrently so she sets aside one day a week to complete the printing orders that have come in. It usually takes about a week.
Absolutely not. This includes museum prints, professional photography where the rights weren't given, another artist's artwork (your own is fine) and any printed text or images from books or newspapers. Our print Manager is VERY strict on this.
